Please read the terms and conditions carefully before using our service. By assessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
On purchase, you will be asked to provide the information relevant to the purchase which may include, not limiting to, your credit card detail and your billing address. By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties for purpose of facilitating the completing the purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.
Payment and Cancellation
We apply the payment and cancellation rules of the service providers including, but not limiting to, the ground operators, the hotels, the domestic airlines and the cruises. Since the different service providers have the different policies, we will advise you on your enquiry about the tours and activities.
Changes and Cancellation by us
We have the right to cancel, modify, change or substitute a tour at any time prior to 24 hours of departure for any reason. If we cancel, modify, change or substitute a tour or any part of a tour, we will notify you immediately. If you choose not to accept the alterations to the tour, you will be entitled to a full refund.
If clients want to change any part of tours after deposit has been paid but before commencing the tours, clients should contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist. If the change is minor, we will endeavor to make the change at no further cost to clients. If the change requires more work on our behalf or involves charges levied by our suppliers, we will pass an appropriate charge onto client and we may ask to pay the charge before we action the change. Please be aware that airlines and cruise companies may consider a change of name to be a cancellation and therefore cancellation charges would apply. Client should be aware that reduction in the number of person in tour group could affect the price payable by the remaining members of the party.
Rooms are booked at the time of your booking confirmation, however the hotel has the final decision on the room distribution. Rooms will be shared where appropriate between family members. Please note that due to unforseen circumstances there may be a need to change the hotel room or hotel location / booking. If this is required, we will notify you at the earliest convenience.
Rules and Regulations
Seat Belts are to be worn at all times where seat belts are available
No Drugs or Alcohol are permitted on any vehicle.
Smoking is not permitted inside the vehicle at any time. Offensive, Rude or Violent behavior will not be tolerated, and you will be asked to vacate the vehicle.
Children are permitted on most tours. However due to the nature and length of tours, it may not be recommended between the ages of 0 – 12 years for some tours. A baby seat can be provided if requested.
Luggage for day tours: There are no luggage storage facilities on day tours, please do not bring your luggage with you. Any inappropriate luggage presented on the departure day (including strollers) may result in refusal to board.
Luggage for multi day tours: Maximum of 20kg per person in a soft travelling pack.
We are not liability or pay any compensation of the unutilized service if the tour has to suspend due to unforeseen circumstances which is beyond our control such as natural disaster, political unrest and sudden cancellation of airline or cruises due to technical failure, weather condition or accidents.
The agency acts as the agent for your behalf in regard to travel whether by rail, motor-coach, boat, airplane or any other means of transport and assume no liability for any loss, injury or damage sustained by you including those occurring outside the touring programs. Therefore, we accept no responsibilities for losses or additional expenses due to accident, delay, sickness, weather, strike or other causes beyond its control. Participation in the tour implies the person’s agreement to the above conditions. We will not be responsible for and accept no liability for any purchases you make whilst traveling, whether the merchant concerned is part of an arranged tour or not.
